At Irohas Photo Film Developing Lab, we strive for perfection in every frame; however, due to the personalized nature of chemical processing and digital scanning, returns are generally limited to physical hardware and unexposed film rolls. If your order arrives damaged or if there is a verified error in your laboratory processing, we are committed to providing a replacement or a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

  Approval and Documentation

  For processing errors, please provide high-resolution scans or photos of the negatives/defects for our technicians to review for quality control.

  Secure Packaging

  If returning physical goods like film stock or cameras, ensure items are in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for a refund.

  Refund Processing

  Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a credit to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
